Mission Statement |

Green real estate is the newest buzzword in our industry. I’ve been living and working ‘green’ since 1973 when my Dad and I participated in the first Earth Day event by organizing and cleaning up a local trashy parking lot. I’m an avid birder, hiker, and a Ware Conservation Commissioner. I truly believe that for every acre of development there ought to be an acre of preservation; because open land cleans our air, our water, our soil and our souls. We need to learn to share the planet not dominate it. So when you are looking to go green, stick with me, I won’t let you down. |
Goal
My goal is to be your real estate assistant. In today's market I recognize that many people are educated about market trends BUT real estate transactions can be stressful. Let me deal with that stress! I'll ensure that documents are signed, deadlines met and that attorneys, banks, inspectors and others meet and communicate to your advantage. My job and reputation depend upon the timely closing of your deal. I'm an expert negotiator and communicator and to me real estate is exciting! Nothing makes me happier than seeing clients benefit from a successful real estate transaction!

I have lived and worked in central and western Massachusetts for over 20 years and have enjoyed working for the following agencies: ERA Key Realty Service in Oxford MA, Carlson GMAC in Palmer, and am now presently employed with Quaboag Valley Real Estate in Brookfield.
